Many would not have expected the Houston Rockets to top last year’s off-season when they traded for James Harden. However, contrary to that belief, they did and they brought in All-Star center Dwight Howard, who picked Houston Rockets over the Los Angeles Lakers and also left money on the table to join the Rockets wants to pursue a title in Houston. Last year the Houston Rockets were a first-round exit in the Western Conference playoffs. They will bring back the majority core of their nucleus and look to contend for a title.  As the Houston Rockets embark on the news season the average price for Houston Rockets tickets is $153. Being that they are in the Eastern conference the Miami Heat will only make one trip a year to Houston. This season the Big 3 come in early March, as the Miami Heat will take on the Houston Rockets.  The Miami Heat are back-to-back NBA champions and whatever city they travel to ticket prices will see an increase.  Houston Rockets tickets will see a huge spike for this game, a 131% increase compared to the home average for Houston Rockets tickets. 2) January 8, 2014 vs. Los Angeles Lakers – Avg. Price: $311 | Get-in Price: $52

When the Los Angeles Lakers visit the Houston Rockets in Houston it will be a reunion of sorts. Due to the much anticipated face-off between Dwight Howard and his brief former team the Los Angeles Lakers.  For this game there is a 103% increase based on the home average. Fans that are looking to get in the building from the secondary market will pay a minimum of $52.

3) March 29, 2014 vs. Los Angeles Clippers – Avg. Price: $302 | Get-in Price: $57
