With the NBA Finals and Draft a thing of the past. The News has now shifted to one of the most talked about free agency class ever!

The NBA is two days away from one of its most anticipated free agency class in history. The talents in this year’s free agency have overshadowed the then 2010 class, which featured LeBron James, Chris Bosh, and a healthy Amare Stoudemire.

Unless you have been living under a rock the past few weeks, it’s no surprise that one of the most aggressive teams this summer is the Houston Rockets.

Following the disappointing season that witnessed them get demolished in the first round by the Golden State Warriors, the Rockets are trying everything in their power to rebuild their status as championship contenders. According to CBS Sports reporter Zach Harper, Houston is looking to make a huge splash this summer.

"So what does Daryl Morey have in store for the summer of 2016? He’ll reportedly target big men Al Horford and Hassan Whiteside. He’ll have stretch-4 extraordinaire Ryan Anderson on his list of guys he’d like to sign. And of course, he’s going to go after the biggest free agent of them all, Kevin Durant. Grabbing any one of those guys this summer will be a pretty big success in the summer in which they’re expected to lose Howard in free agency."

While their top priority is to sign Kevin Durant, perhaps the Rockets may want to focus on a bigger and more realistic prize this summer. Since entering the league nine years ago, Al Horford has been one of the most consistent and reliable big men in the NBA. With Dwight Howard on his way out, Horford would be an excellent upgrade from the self-proclaimed Superman.

As for leering the 2014 MVP away from the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Rockets have no shot at signing Kevin Durant.

A few weeks ago sources announced that he has no interest in signing in Houston. Now, it seems that the Rockets cannot even secure a meeting. According to ESPN‘s Chirs Broussard, Durant’s representatives have already arranged meetings for his potential destination next season.

"and his representatives have added free-agency meetings with the , , and , a league source confirmed to ESPN’s Chris Broussard. The three additions join with the  , , and . Kevin Durant Boston Celtics Miami Heat Los Angeles Clippers previously reported plans for face-to-face talks Golden State Warriors San Antonio Spurs Oklahoma City Thunder"

Trust me I would love to see Durant in Clutch City as much as the next fan. However, it would be in Houston’s best interest to check out the Durantula Sweepstakes now. Before their obsession caused the Rockets to missed out on other players this summer.

After he was named the NBA’s biggest fool by Shaquille O’Neal, James Harden has been the butt of a few jokes around the league. Mainly for becoming the first all-star caliber player who received the honor.

Despite his flaws on the court, the Shaqtin a Fool MVP reminded fans that his talents are nothing to take likely.

Now, how about that as a Shaqtin a Fool nominee!
