NBA Free Agency Tracker: July 26th
By Tamberlyn Richardson
NBA Free Agency rolls on with a few movements on July 26th and yet again the Houston Rockets have yet to lock down Donatas Motiejunas.
NBA Free Agency entered Day 26 with a long awaited contract for a returning player, a retirement and training camp invites.
In what seemed to take a painstakingly long time the Portland Trail Blazers and Maurice Harkless finally locked up his contract on a 4-year, $42M deal. Conceivably this was done late to allow for McCollum’s extension to be handled first.
Though Amar’e Stoudemire signed a contract with the Knicks it was more about semantics as he offiically announced his retirement.
Pistons sign Ray McCallum Jr to a 1-year league minimum deal as he exist exiting Memphis.
Hornets sign Treveon Graham and Mike Tobey to 2-year minimum deals ($1.4M) with $75k guaranteed in training camp invites.
The Miami Heat filled out their roster with a training camp contract invite Stefan Jankovic with partial guarantee along with rookie Rodney McGruder.
