NBA Playoffs: James Harden and Gerald Green Get Nasty

In Wednesday night’s game 2 games, both James Harden of the Houston Rockets and Gerald Green of the Indiana Pacers threw down vicious dunks each. Harden’s tomahawk slam came in the third quarter with the score tied at 61. Harden got the ball from Chandler Parsons on the right wing and was isolated against Thabo Sefolosha, blowing by him and throwing it down as Oklahoma City Thunder center Kendrick Perkins moved out the way. Unfortunately, TNT broadcasted the play overhead, so this is the only angle that we can watch from:
Green’s dunk came in the second quarter, with the Pacers leading the Atlanta Hawks 43-35. Green got the ball on the right wing, blew by Jeff Teague, elevated, and slammed it over Josh Smith:
