As I stated before, the Houston Rockets recently released trio of Francisco Garcia, Carlos Delfino and Aaron Brooks would be a great fit for the Los Angeles Lakers.  It looks like the Lakers got my memo. Their ability to mesh with a quicker paced, run and gun, sharpshooting, Houston Rockets offense, and ability to defend by steals is a perfect mesh with the D’antoni offense.

It was recently reported that the Los Angeles Lakers are interested in both Francisco Garcia and Carlos Delfino.

In fact, the Los Angeles Lakers have contacted a lot of free agent wingmen to become part of the Los Angeles Lakers today:

And the future? Who…

The future looks like it will finally be Showtime again, as these role players can shoot the 3, while Steve Nash (or Steve Blake) drive to the hoop penetrate before dishing the ball out to one of several wingmen. It will be very ironic as this would be the system that brought the Houston Rockets to the playoffs, albeit with a little bit more defense. Will this be the downfall of the Houston Rockets and the again rise of the “Showtime” Los Angeles Lakers?

Or we can laugh at the media sensation as the Dwightmare again. I would subtitle it: “Part 3: The Reality Show.”

What do you Houston Rockets fans prefer?
