With a couple of weeks left before the Houston Rockets begin training camp, players are enjoying their last bit of off-season ventures. New Rockets star Dwight Howard, who was in South Korea promoting his new ‘D Howard 4’ shoes, arrived in Taiwan on Tuesday as part of his Adidas Asia Tour.

He was joined by teammates Jeremy Lin and Chandler Parsons, who were there to conduct a basketball camp for Taiwanese youngsters and college players, and the three were spotted walking around the streets of Taipei, exploring the city.

During Howard’s shoe unveiling event, the multi-time all-star expressed his excitement for coming back to Taiwan in early October for the Rockets pre-season game against the Indiana Pacers.

“We are looking forward to coming back here and being with you guys,” Howard said.

The game is scheduled for October 13th in Taipei Arena, as part of the NBA Asia pre-season tour.  The first stop will take place on October 10th in Manilla, Philippines where they will take on the Pacers.

Howard will make three more short stops to three cities in mainland China(Hangzhou, Chengdu and Beijing) before coming back to the states.

Parsons, meanwhile, was scheduled to leave for the U.S. on Tuesday evening, while Lin will leave Taiwan to make some stops in China on Wednesday.
