Houston Rockets forward Chandler Parsons broke out in the 2013 playoffs, and has gained national recognition across the league for his stellar play and potential. The biggest recruiter for the Rockets in wooing in free agent superstar center Dwight Howard, Parsons was in the Los Angeles spotlight during the summer.
