With Doc Rivers, Kevin Garnett, and Paul Pierce all gone, Jeff Green has the skills to be the star of the Boston Celtics. Without any doubt, Rajon Rondo is still the floor general on the court, but he needs a go to guy. Green, the 6’9 235 lbs forward, has all of the qualities to be an all star.

Green is a decent shooter, but with his size he can put the ball on the floor and attack the rim. He has good athletic ability and now can be a starter on this young Celtics team. Boston is now currently in a rebuilding process, while Rondo is still out from his ACL injury that he suffered last year. With that being said, look for Green to be the leader on this team. Remember Green’s 43 point game against the Miami Heat?
