4. Golden State Warriors

Two teams with accomplished former players as head coaches. Two teams oozing with promising young stars.  Two savvy front offices dedicated to putting a contender on the floor. The Houston Rockets and Golden State Warriors are so similar that it’s only natural they dislike each other.

This rivalry probably would not have even existed if Warriors Head Coach Mark Jackson had not got his feelings hurt when Houston went berserk form the three-point-line during their February 6th meeting, challenging the NBA record for three-pointers in a game. Jackson instructed his team to intentional foul the Rockets to stop them from breaking the record, which led to Draymond Green getting ejected for his flagrant foul on Patrick Beverley.  Following the game, jabs have been back and forth between the teams, but none better than Chandler Parsons’ tweet to Jackson simply saying “Hand down, man down”.

@JacksonMark13: @ChandlerParsons Congrats on a great year. GREAT seeing U 2night!!!!! #Warriors” just be glad u don't have to c us again.
