Houston Rockets: Rockets vs. Pacers in Taiwan (Instant Recap)

The atmosphere in Taipei, Taiwan for the second matchup between the Houston Rockets and Indiana Pacers was much more celebratory then the first game Thursday in the Philippines. There were of course numerous Jeremy Lin fans, but also a large Paul George following.
In front of a crowd of over 15,000, Lin got off to a great start, knocking down two threes, a break-away dunk, and a chase down block of Danny Granger.
The Rockets switched the starting lineup to Jeremy Lin, James Harden, Chandler Parsons, Terrence Jones, and Dwight Howard. In the first game between the two teams, the Rockets never trailed, in the second game the Pacers did a better job of controlling the ball, and getting back on defense early on. Jeremy had 12 points at the half, and the Pacers looked to heading towards the wrong side of another blowout. Going into halftime the Rockets were up 15 points 55-40.
Linsanity was in full effect as Jeremy finished with 17 points, 4 dimes, and 3 steals. James Harden was his usual free-throw shooting, scoring at will self. Harden had 21 points, but the bright spots were Omri Casspi and Francisco Garcia. Omri scored 13 points, and lead the team in boards with 9. Garcia caught fire in the second half knocking down 5 threes, finishing with 15 points.
In attendance were Yao Ming, Clyde Drexler, Robert Horry, Larry Bird and Jalen Rose.
