Houston Rockets: Open Practice

This Sunday, October 27th, the Houston Rockets will have an Open Practice. Fans will get to see the Rockets play a small scrimmage against each other, followed by some awkward rookie dancing. Now that the Rockets have fun-loving Dwight Howard, the dancing part could lead into all sorts of antics, including singing.

Admission is free and doors of the Toyota Center open at 12:00pm. There will be a strong number of fans this year, compared to last year when the main attraction was the recent trade of James Harden, days before.

My advice is to get to the Toyota Center no later then 10:30am. The line will start in the front entrance and snake around the building. Last year at 11:30am the line had made it around the building.

There will be free Parking in the Tundra Garage and the first 500 guests to bring four or more non-perishable food items to the Polk Street Entrance will receive an autograph voucher for the post-practice player autograph session. Make sure you bring something for the Rockets to sign, and not waste an autograph on your forehead.

If you can’t make it, you can stream it live on Rockets.com.
