The Houston Rockets put on their best offensive display of the season Monday night, draining 16 3-pointers and scoring a season high 126 points in a 126-113 win over the Portland Trail Blazers. The player of the game belonged to Chandler Parsons, who was close to recording a triple-double with 31 points, 10 rebounds, and 7 assists.

In his return to the starting lineup after missing a month with hand surgery, Patrick Beverley became the spark that the Rockets had been searching for, as he chipped in 17 points, and harassed both Damian Lillard and Mo Williams all night.

James Harden was steady once again, finishing with 22 points and 6 rebounds, while Dwight Howard added 24 points and 12 boards. The ‘H-and-H boys’ hooked up for a sweet alley-oop in the 4th quarter that helped but the game out of reach.

Omri Casspi provided a punch off the bench, with Terrence Jones sitting out, and starter Donatas Motiejunas in foul trouble for most of the game. Casspi added 15 points, and hit 3 huge 3-pointers.
