Houston Rockets forward Terrence Jones has been selected to participate in the BBVA Compass Rising Stars Challenge on Friday, February 14 as part of NBA All-Star Weekend.
Jones is averaging 11.7 points and 7.6 rebounds in his 2nd season, and has made his way into the starting lineup. He’s also 1 of 5 second-year players to average at least 11 points and 7 rebounds at the moment.
Both Charles Barkley and Shaquille O’Neal will pick their squads from the mixture of rookies and second-year players in the coming weeks, and fans will vote for the starting lineups of each teams online.
