The Houston Rockets win streak comes to an end in overtime at the hand of the Golden St. Warriors, losing to them for the first time this year, 102-99.

After a blistering 62 point half against the Los Angeles Lakers last night, the Rockets could only score 44 in the first half. The game was heavily maintained by the refs, who kept a close eye on the Dwight Howard/Jermaine O’Neal matchup.

The Rockets got a huge game from James Harden who gave the Rockets a go-ahead lead with 8 seconds left. Stephen Curry sent the game to overtime with a layup over Howard. Once into overtime the Rockets offense sputtered and the winning streak comes to an end at 8 games. The Rockets are 15-11 on the road this season.

Harden finished with 39 points and 5 rebounds. 35 of the #Beards points came in the second half. Chandler Parsons finished with 21 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists. Dwight struggled scoring but consumed a huge amount of rebounds, 11 points, 21 boards, 4 blocks.

Howard did this as well:
