Houston Rockets center Greg Smith will undergo arthroscopic knee surgery due to a right knee injury that has limited him to just 11 games this season.

Rockets center Greg Smith to have arthroscopic knee surgery to address problems that have held him out most of the season, source said.

Smith suffered the knee sprain on Nov. 14 in a game against the New York Knicks and has not fully recovered since. He’s averaging 3.5 points and 2.5 rebounds in 9.1 minutes per game.
