The Houston Rockets’ struggles against the Los Angeles Clippers continue as they fell 118-107 Saturday night at Toyota Center.  Playing without Patrick Beverley and Dwight Howard, Chris Paul went for 30 points and 12 assists, leading the Clippers to a clean 4-0 season series sweep.

James Harden finished with 32 points, 7 rebounds, and 6 assists, but shot just 3 of 11 from behind the 3-point line. Chandler Parsons added 28 points and 9 rebounds, while Omer Asik scored 12 points and grabbed 11 rebounds filling in for Howard. Isaiah Canaan scored 14 points in 20 minutes off the bench.

The downside? Terrence Jones was nearly non-existent, scoring just 2 points in only 19 minutes of play, while Jeremy Lin struggled to a 1 for 9 shooting night filling in for Beverley at the starting point guard spot.

The Clippers, who lead the NBA in points off turnovers, converted 19 Rockets’ turnovers into 20 points, and recorded 10 blocks and 10 steals as well.

 Blake Griffin also left the game early in the 2nd quarter from an apparent back injury.
