Rockets Fall Under Beal’s Spell

The Rockets gave it their best effort but ultimately tired legs, new players still unfamiliar with sets, a poor shooting night and stretches of non existent defense culminated in the Rockets 4th loss in 6 games.

Perhaps it was hoping for too much given the Rockets entered off the highly competitive loss the evening prior in San Antonio. I neglected to mention in the pregame Countdown that Washington entered tonight’s match on fresh legs having not played since Saturday versus Boston. This fact wouldn’t have changed my pregame opinion though. Ultimately Bradley Beal definitely increased his stock tonight, however maybe I’m just a skeptic about these Wizards. I’ll wait until March 29th when they play again in Washington and both teams are on a days rest.

THE BENCH

<p>While many cited Josh Smith as the piece that could push this Rockets team over the top it’s been the less hyped acquistion of <a href=. SG/SF. Rockets. COREY <STRONG>BREWER</STRONG>. A

SG. Rockets. JASON <STRONG>TERRY</STRONG>. B+. <div class=

On a night when the entire team looked and played exhausted how crazy is it the wily vet Jason Terry was out there supplying energy and hustle. He along with Brewer and Dorsey were the reason the Rockets had a shot of winning at all.
