Restricted: C: Pero Antic

Unrestricted: G: John Jenkins, F: DeMarre Carroll, F: Paul Millsap, F/C: Elton Brand

The obvious need for the Hawks is to sign Carroll and Millsap. Losing both would be disastrous. Antic is gone having already inked a deal to return to Europe:

Word is Utah is interested in bringing Millsap back, but based on the Hawks trade to get Tim Hardaway Jr., it would appear they are also intent on targeting the big man. Millsap is in the unenviable position of waiting for the balls to fall in place regarding what will happen with the most attractive and more importantly available power forward: LaMarcus Aldridge.

Millsap newser:

With teams showing the most interest in Aldridge I thought perhaps Millsap would have to wait but the Magic and Hawks made their intentions known immediately as per above.  So as per my initial instincts, it does appear they are willing to let Carroll walk. Adding fuel to that fire is news the Hawks will meet with Monte Ellis. (update: Carroll has agreed to $60 million dollar deal with Raptors)

The other big deal that occurred was the Hawks addressed some size issues via a trade from the Spurs for center Tiago Splitter:
