NBA Free Agency – Update Southeast Division- July 4th

Apr 4, 2015; Charlotte, NC, USA; Charlotte Hornets guard Mo Williams (7) sets up a play during the second half against the Philadelphia 76ers at Time Warner Cable Arena. Hornets defeated the 76ers 92-91. Mandatory Credit: Jeremy Brevard-USA TODAY Sports
UNDETERMINED: Mo Williams (has stated he would like to return to Cavaliers, but it appears Memphis may end up signing him). Also undetermined is Jason Maxiell
RESTRICTED PLAYERS BECOME UNRESTRICTED: By not submitting an offer to restricted free agent Bismack Biyombo the Hornets made him a unrestricted free agent. The Hornets will not tender any offer to him, and he might be a low cost FA specialist for rebounding and blocks. Jeff Taylor was also dealt a similar hand and would be a cost effective reserve who can defend, but won’t offer much offensively
TARGETING: Marco Bellinelli
Source: Memphis and Mo Williams are closing in on a deal. Three or four years. Not done yet.

Charlotte's expected to be aggressive with Spurs shooter Marco Belinelli on Day 1 of free agency. Hornets can offer mid-level exception.
