James Harden’s “Unplug and Play” Summer Camp
The Houston Rockets franchise star, James Harden, has had an extremely busy summer. Rumors about his relationship with a Kardashian and his involvement in the USA’s Men’s Summer Team Camp have kept him busy since the season ended. Now Harden is looking to, once again, give back to the city that has embraced him since he joined the Rockets in 2012.

Kroger is teaming up with Tide and Harden to present the “Unplug and Play Basketball Program.” This will be a co-ed camp that will extend over a two-day period on August 15th-16th. Girls and boys in grades 1st through 12th will be able to join in on the fun and learn from an NBA All-Star.
The camp will cost $200 for all ages, but with the wealth of knowledge that will be on display for the kids, it will definitely be worth it. This isn’t the first time “The Beard” has held his camp in the Houston-area, in fact The Woodlands will be hosting his camp for the third year in a row.
Tips from the man himself, along with drills, break-downs and fundamentals will all be on tap at the ProCamps event in about two weeks. The campers will be split into groups depending on their age so that everyone gets adequate attention and then comes everyone’s favorite part, the games!
Regardless who comes out victorious in the games, everyone is a winner when they leave the Harden Summer Camp. Every kid will receive an autograph, a camp t-shirt and a team photo with the Rockets superstar.

As mentioned, the camp will be held in The Woodlands at the Legends Sports Complex about 45 minutes north of downtown Houston. For more information visit the Rockets website or head on over to the ProCamps website to find out how to register and get your kid involved today!
