2015-16 NBA Schedule Offers Plenty Of Treats

November 2nd offers two great games:

  • Oklahoma City Thunder make their first visit to Houston with of the season with a healthy Kevin Durant
  • Memphis Grizzlies travel to Golden State meet the Warriors for the first time since the second round of the playoffs

November 3rd:

  • Inter-division rivals Atlanta Hawks face Miami Heat
  • Raptors face Dallas (Last year DeMar DeRozan suffered his groin injury in a hotly contested game versus Dallas)

November 4th:

  •  Always a hotly contested game the Raptors travel to Oklahoma City to continue a budding rivalry
  • Brooklyn Nets arrive in Atlanta to play their initial game versus the Hawks since losing in the first round of the playoffs
  • In what has become known as one of the biggest grudge matches in the Association the Clippers arrive at Oracle Arena to face the World Champion Warriors

November 5th –  TNT Double Header

  • The opening game on TNT features Oklahoma City Thunder versus the Chicago Bulls
  • The late TNT game has Memphis travels to Portland for their initial meeting of the season versus their first round playoff opponent and a very different Blazers roster

November 7th:

  • Washington Wizards tip off against Atlanta Hawks for first time since Eastern Conference Semi Finals Playoff series.
  • Rockets make their first trip to Staples Center to face the Clippers since their incredible comeback in Game 6 of the Western Conference Semi Finals

November 8th:

  • It’s the age old battle of one coast versus another as the Lakers travel to the Mecca of New York to play the Knicks
  • Suns vs OKC: Last season every time these 2 teams met sparks flew, tempers raged, players were ejected (Russell Westbrook) and each game was entertaining

November 11th:

November 12th – TNT Double Header

  • Game 1: Golden State Warriors versus Minnesota Timberwolves
  • Game 2: L.A. Clippers versus Phoenix Suns

November 14th:

First round playoff opponents Dallas Mavericks arrive for their initial game versus Houston Rockets this season

November 16th:

  • Inter-division rivals: A healthy Paul George and re-tooled Pacers squad tip off in Chicago vs. the Bulls

November 19th – TNT Double Header

  • Game 1: Milwaukee Bucks vs. Cleveland Cavaliers
  • Game 2: Golden State Warriors vs. L.A. Clippers

November 20th:

  • Houston Rockets make their first trip to face inter-division rivals Memphis Grizzlies
  • Last year the Bulls came into Oracle and took Golden State Warriors to OT in a hotly contested game.
  • Every time Toronto arrives in LA to face the Lakers something happens (Kobe scores 81 points, Raptors beat L.A. following Rudy Gay trade with 7 players)

November 21st:

  • Atlanta Hawks play Cleveland Cavaliers for first time since Eastern Conference Finals

November 28th:

  • Kyle Lowry brings his Raptors to Washington for their first match versus the Wizards since getting swept in the post season
  • Coach of Year Mike Budenholzer takes his Hawks to San Antonio to face his mentor Gregg Popovich’s Spurs
  • Two of the best young big men face each other with Anthony DavisPelicans taking on Rudy Gobert’s Jazz
