Terrence Jones made an early move for candidacy to win Most Improved Player showcasing all aspects of his game including his three point shot, ball handling skills, passing, rebounding, back to the basket moves and drives through the paint to score. He seemed to be operating on a different playing field then the rest of the team on court. His final stat line was: 23 points on 9 of 11 from the field, 100% from behind the arc (2 of 2), an assist, 2 offensive rebounds, and a steal in 22 minutes.

Brewer with the 360 on the drive, then finds Capela for two. These two have been terrific this preseason. https://t.co/KQAvndsGJo

Clint Capela was equally impressive garnering a double-double of 12 points and 10 rebounds along with a block in 25 minutes. His evening was highlighted by a thunderous dunk the result of running the court ahead of the entire Suns team and earning Brandon Knight a spot on a poster.

Corey Brewer looks to be in mid season form and while we know he can be streaky should he find a way to score consistently off the bench he’ll garner serious Sixth Man attention. He scored 21 points but the goodies were the exciting part as he grabbed 3 rebounds, dished out 3 assists, had SEVEN steals and was a team high plus/minus of plus +22.
