As the preseason comes to a close, the Houston Rockets look deeper than just about any team in the NBA, but that doesn’t mean they have all their roster spots accounted for. As James Harden and company are in search of Clutch City’s  first title since ’94-’95, they are also on the lookout for a man to anchor the end of their bench as well as hopefully become a diamond in the rough.

Being the 15th man on an NBA roster has a lot of perks, such as getting to wear a nice suit to games, flying first class and (more than likely, if you are a rookie) you’ll get to carry your starting line-ups bags for them.

So, who are these D.N.P. (Did Not Play) superstars that get to live such a luxurious lifestyle while others are taking bus rides and playing in half-empty gyms in Sioux Falls in the D-League?

Well, ask and you shall receive. Over the course of this slideshow, I will help you get to know the five players vying for the 15th roster spot,  if the Rockets so choose to use it.

To wit, making everyone wonder the Rockets are keeping things interesting with two late additions to the five players originally vying for the spot. One player made his first appearance versus the Miami Heat and social media is reporting yet another face may appear on the Rockets bench, so we’ll throw these 2 new additions in the mix.
