Have you ever wanted to be a  Houston Rockets Power Dancer or hold one of the many entertainer positions at Toyota Center? Then you need to find out when and where you can sign up so that you aren’t watching from the stands when next season kicks off!

RPD (Rockets Power Dancers)

It’s not easy work trying to be one of the extraordinary Houston Rockets Power Dancers, but luckily the captains and Coach Natalie Alvarado are going to give everyone a fair chance at joining the squad. Prep classes leading up to the tryouts will be held at three separate times.

Dancers will benefit from the prep classes by learning what the Coach is looking for and how each dancer can improve prior to the tryouts. There will also be a Q&A with Coach Alvarado to go over any questions the dancers may have prior to the big day.

Prep Class Dates, Times and Location:

Saturday, June 11th
9:30am-12pm (Registration at 9am)

Thursday, June 16th
6:30pm-9pm (Registration at 6pm)

Saturday, June 25th
9:30am-12pm (Registration at 9am)

All three prep classes will be held at 4455 University Drive on the University of Houston campus. Once on campus, dancers will head to the South Student Center to the 2nd floor, room 237.

*Prep classes will be $20 at the door each day
