As SCS previously posted James Harden had been drawn into the Mose Malone Jr. attack based on Jr. accusing Harden of acting in retaliation.

As noted the son of former Houston Rockets great Moses Malone had posted a slight on facebook over the cost of James Harden‘s basketball camps. Jr. felt the cost was too much especially since it didn’t allow inner city children to participate.

This month Malone Jr. was attacked by 4 men outside an entertainment club who beat him and stole $15k of jewelry. Post attack Jr. said he felt the attack was spurred on by Harden who had friends acting in retaliation for this his comments.

Harden for the most part has remained quiet on the issue and in fairness appears to simply be a victim of circumstance.

Malone Jr said he was followed out of the V-Love strip club by 15 people and security guard Darion Blount who Jr. said made a point of bringing up the facebook post and threatened that Jr. would have to pay for the comment.

The four men who were arrested and charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon are Blount, Deavion Lewis, Kavon Boutte and Oscar Wattell.
