Trades can make or break a franchise, and the Rockets have had its share of big hits and whiffs.

Rockets general manager Daryl Morey managed to generate a significant amount of buzz this offseason when he traded for Los Angeles Clippers guard Chris Paul.

If that weren’t enough, the Rockets are still considered a possible landing spot for Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony in a move that would bring Houston its first Big Three in 20 years.

The NBA universe has been transaction crazy this summer and for good reason. The right move can take a team to the next level but the wrong one can set a franchise back several years.
