Mike D’Antoni has decided to stick with a seven man rotation. Outside of Gordon and Gerald Green, no other bench player has received a minute since Game 3. If that trend continues, the Rockets will have to look to the next guy on the bench with Paul sidelined. That next man up should be Luc Mbah a Moute.

Mbah a Moute has struggled since he returned from a dislocated shoulder. In the postseason, the forward is averaging just 3.1 points on 26.5 percent shooting from the field and 21.4 percent shooting from the 3-point line.

To say that his offense has suffered in the postseason would be an understatement. Although, Mbah a Moute’s defense is his real calling card. He can defend any Warrior on the floor. His versatility is very important to a team like Houston that switches on every pick-and-roll.

Luc Mbah a Moute will get playing time because of his elite defense. If he can get a few shots to fall and finish his layups, he should be in for a heavy workload.
