Carmelo Anthony – 79 overall

NBA 2K19 has Melo starting at the small forward position in the game. As we know now, that likely won’t be the case, at least on paper. Melo will likely be at power forward for most of his minutes.

Carmelo drops below an 80 overall for the first time in his career. Will he have it up above 80 by the end of the season?

Gerald Green – 77 overall

After a spectacular half-season in Houston, Gerald Green is rewarded with a pretty good rating for a role player. His 77 overall is where he ended last season. Greenlight will likely stick around that mark this year.

P.J. Tucker – 76 overall

Unfortunately for P.J. Tucker and his 2K19 rating, he does a lot of stuff that goes unnoticed in a game. He can do it all on both ends of the court as a role player and is set to have another solid season this year.

James Ennis – 75 overall

One offseason addition, James Ennis, is another mid-70s rated player on the team. While his rating is average now, I expect for him to have a great season for the Rockets and that should show in 2K19 as well.

Marquese Chriss – 74 overall

Both players that came over in the Ryan Anderson trade are rated a 74 overall in 2K19. In the D’Antoni system, look for Chriss to excel as a backup small-ball center and get plenty of finishes around the rim. This should increase his 2K rating throughout the season.

Isaiah Hartenstein, Zhou Qi, Bruno Caboclo – 68, 66, 66 overall

These last three forwards are the other three Rockets who are below a 70 overall. Zhou and Harty will be in competition for the third center spot (though they are listed at forward in 2K19) while Caboclo will be looking to even make the roster this season.
