Potential Clippers buyouts?

The Los Angeles Clippers were a pretty active team at the trade deadline. They moved around pieces left-and-right, even sending off their star Tobias Harris to the Sixers for some nice draft pick compensation. They seem to be selling and not looking to go anywhere this season, so that leads up to wonder if they will be buying out two forwards they just received.

JaMychal Green has been on the wishlist of many Rockets fans for quite some time now. He is another power forward that can stretch the floor and is shooting a career-high from 3 at 39.6%. That kind of number is something that you have to gawk at if you are the Rockets looking at buyout candidates.

Another Clipper that could be bought out is Wilson Chandler. He had a smaller role with the Sixers this season before being shipped to LA. His shooting has always been nice, and this year is no different. Chandler has a 39% 3-point percentage on the year, which could be a great addition to Houston.

There aren’t any indications yet that these guys will be bought out, but it would be very nice if they are. The Clippers may decide to keep them and try to keep winning for some reason. Stay tuned!
