Houston Rockets. JARON BLOSSOMGAME. C +. While he did have four points and four rebounds in his 12 minutes, Jaron Blossomgame had more of a negative impact on the game than positive. Immediately upon entering the action, Jaron got absolutely posterized by Terence Davis and then followed that up with an airball three. After strong rebounding nights in the first two games, Blossomgame was beaten on the glass by Davis, Oshae Brissett and Hollis-Jefferson all in a span of minutes. Jaron’s one positive was his backdoor cutting on two occasions, but even so, he failed to convert on both free throws after one of those attempts.. Forward

Shamorie Ponds only played five minutes and finished with three points, one steal and two turnovers. While he had a clutch basket to cut the Rockets’ deficit to two with 22 seconds remaining, he’ll need to see more time to be properly assessed.. Point Guard. Houston Rockets. SHAMORIE PONDS. INC

Forward. Houston Rockets. ISAIAH HARTENSTEIN. B -. Isaiah Hartenstein showed impressive hustle in his 12 fourth-quarter minutes. In one particular sequence, the German center battled for an offensive rebound, kicked the ball out, and then had a tip-dunk on the ensuing 3-point attempt. Hartenstein finished with a game-high four offensive rebounds and five total. It will be interesting to see if his hustle will earn him a few more minutes in the next couple of games.
