With the Houston Rockets expecting a big role for undrafted Chris Clemons, here are three goals for Clemons heading into the season!

After news broke regarding Gerald Green‘s broken foot, it became apparent that the Houston Rockets were going to need to replace Green’s production off the bench. Summer sensation Chris Clemons became an instant possibility, as Clemons has shown the ability to score with ease. During the 2019 Las Vegas Summer League, Clemons averaged 20.8 points per game, which was good for 10th best in the league.

Obviously the competition and the role Clemons had during the Summer League will be much different than during the regular season, but it’s still impressive what Clemons was able to do during the summer. In addition, Clemons averaged 10.8 points per game during the Rockets’ five games of the preseason.

The Rockets have made it known that they have interest in putting Russell Westbrook and James Harden on load management plans to preserve them for the postseason, and Clemons will be the key to this actually happening. With that being said, let’s get started with the goals we’ve got set for Clemons!
