Houston Rockets vs. Milwaukee Bucks: Game Time, TV, radio, injury report
The Houston Rockets will open their regular season at home with a matchup against last year’s MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks.
It has been a long offseason full of huge moves made by just about every team in the Western Conference. Although the NBA season officially tipped off on Tuesday, the revamped Houston Rockets will have all eyes of the basketball world on them on Thursday as they debut the regular-season version of their superstar backcourt.
Russell Westbrook will be making his season debut alongside James Harden as Houston looks to get the season off on the right foot against the Milwaukee Bucks. The Bucks come into the matchup fresh off a 60-22 season in which they secured the number one seed before ultimately succumbing to Kawhi Leonard and the Toronto Raptors.
Both teams have a lot to prove early on, as many have made clear their reluctance about the pairing of Harden and Westbrook while Antetokounmpo’s lack of a jump shot was exposed in the playoffs earlier this year.
