Houston Rockets Too Much for Young Sixers – Player Grades
By Andre Cantalogo
After last Sunday’s great exhibition against the Raptors, the Houston Rockets continued their Eastern Conference road trip. But this time facing a much gentler challenge, NBA’s lowest record team: Philadelphia 76ers.
Even with the Sixers still feeling the absence of offensive powerhouse rookie Jahlil Okafor, the Rockets once again started the game cold and let their adversaries command the score in the first quarter.
Nevertheless, despite Houston Rockets slow start, the immense talent gap between both teams became clear as time went by. Once the Texan team took the lead they did not let go, interim head coach J.B. Bickerstaff could even give their bench players some run throughout the game.
K.J. McDaniels was one of the players that took advantage of his playing time and had a solid performance as the Rockets cruised to their 32nd win and are once again at .500.
