The Rockets have now won 6 in a row after ANOTHER blowout victory.
The Houston Rockets (17-4) were challenged for most of the game by a tough up-and-coming Indiana Pacers (12-10) squad. They kept James Harden under control for 2 and a half quarters, but eventually, the Beard was going to break free.
James Harden finished with 29 points, 8 rebounds & 10 assists. That puts his November numbers at 34.9 points and 10.1 assists per game. Player of the Month? We’ll get more into Harden’s performance in the player grades.
It was a close game for the most part with the Rockets leading 54-49 at halftime. They then went on to hit 14 second-half 3-pointers (!!!) and eventually broke away from the Pacers. Indiana’s Thaddeus Young was the standout performer for them, totaling 23 points on 11/15 shooting.
The Rockets finish their almost-perfect month at 12-1. The only game within 14 points was against the Cleveland Cavs when the Rockets won 117-113. Still then, the Rockets had a 20 point lead in that game. This team is scary good and can blow away opponents if they are not ready.
Let’s get into the player grades, shall we?
