The Houston Rockets Starters

B+. James Harden erupted offensively after sitting out against the San Antonio Spurs. Nearly notching another triple-double under his belt, Harden had 45 points, 17 rebounds and 9 assists in the absence of Russell Westbrook. Shooting 61.9 percent from the field and 7-14 from 3-point range, Harden was out to prove he is ready for a championship run. Unfortunately the turnovers were also high with James, as he forced six turnovers against Indiana. Still providing a positive point differential of +11, helps Harden maintain a B+ grade.. Guard. Houston Rockets. JAMES HARDEN

C +. Robert Covington played the most time for the Rockets today at a little over 35 minutes. Scoring 11 points, seven rebounds and two assists, Covington came out the gate with an improved shooting performance going 2-2, but after that he simmered down and finished just 3-8 from deep. Covington continues to be a defensive force with his rebounds and two blocks, but seems to still be finding an offensive rhythm. Thus giving him a C+ grade.. Forward. Houston Rockets. ROBERT COVINGTON

Guard. Houston Rockets. BEN MCLEMORE. C+. Ben McLemore has been increasing his defensive ability in recent games, specifically in this one against the Pacers, Ben made a nice play at the rim against Pacers big man Myles Turner. Grabbing two blocks and a steal in the game to prove it. Offensively just seven points and a rebound, shooting 2-8 from long range, Ben earns a C+ from the extra defensive hustle.

C. P.J Tucker followed up his three point performance against San Antonio by also scoring three points against the Pacers. Grabbing four rebounds and two assists, Tucker shot 1-4 from 3-point range contributing to an off night for Houston. Tucker did have a positive point differential of +9 when he was on the court, helping him earn a C grade.. Forward. Houston Rockets. P.J. TUCKER

Houston Rockets. ERIC GORDON. C -. The return of Eric Gordon into the Rockets starting lineup was a less than stellar one, to say the least. Scoring 13 points and grabbing four boards, Gordon shot an abysmal 1-9 from 3-point range. Perhaps the cobwebs were being shaken off as he also committed six turnovers. Not the return Gordon was planning on, but he was able to score some points earning him the C- grade.. Small Forward
