1. Houston Rockets send Oladipo to Denver for Michael Porter Jr.

For Rockets fans, Michael Porter Jr. is the most appealing potential return to be had for Victor Oladipo. After all, the 22-year-old forward has shown serious flashes of star potential.

In addition to his long, 6-10 frame, Porter Jr. has shown exceptional shooting ability since joining the league. However, Porter Jr. seems to be on the wrong side of a roster log jam in Denver.

Despite his impressive play, Porter Jr. has only played approximately 27 minutes per game this season. Perhaps Denver does not value Porter as much as they say they do.

In order to convince Denver to part with Porter Jr., the Rockets will likely have to not only give up Oladipo, but also sweeten the deal. Luckily, Houston has no shortage of assets to add to this deal.

In addition to Oladipo, the Rockets could also send P.J. Tucker and Danuel House Jr. to Denver. In Tucker, the Nuggets would be receiving an elite defender who can slow down the elite wings in spurts during the playoffs.

With House, Denver would receive a tertiary playmaker with the ability to get hot from the perimeter, and play respectable defense.

Although the Nuggets wouldn’t be getting the superstar they had been hoping for in exchange for Porter Jr., they would be adding a former All-Star and much needed depth to their underwhelming wing rotation.
