San Antonio Spurs: Keldon Johnson

Johnson isn't the most obvious fit with this roster. As a career 35.8% three-point shooter, he doesn't address the Rockets' spacing issues.

Still, he is talented - and young. At 24, Johnson has spent most of his career on a Spurs team that was either softly rebuilding or aggressively tanking. It stands to reason that his shooting could improve alongside a player like Alperen Sengun creating open looks for him.

This isn't our favorite target. It could still be worth exploring a deal for Johnson. If the price was right, the Rockets could take a buy-low opportunity on a 24-year-old with room to improve.

Portland Trail Blazers: Robert Williams III

Yes, we know. Williams III is one of the most injury-prone players in the NBA. That's why he should be easy to trade for.

We suspect that Ime Udoka would agree. He coached Williams III with the Celtics. So, he's seen firsthand how impactful the man known as Time Lord can be on the defensive end of the floor.

Can he play with Sengun for stretches? If Sengun improves his shooting, sure. Otherwise, the Rockets would be trading for a backup here. Luckily, Williams III should cost as much as a third-string big, and he's got second-string potential.

That doesn't sound like a difficult decision.
