6. Patrick Beverley

Patrick Beverley rose to prominence during his days with the Rockets, as he was virtually unknown in league circles prior to landing with the franchise. Beverley became an instant fan favorite because of his willingness to man the fort on defense and do whatever was asked of him.

He was never reluctant to do the dirty work, as he brought his lunch pail with him to each and every game. All told, Beverley played five seasons in Houston Rockets from 2012-17, earning All-Defense honors in 2013-14 and 2016-17.

Beverley was fearless and it didn't matter who he was going up against. The Chicago-native had testy battles with Russell Westbrook, who was also not one to challenge, especially in his prime.

In five seasons with the Rockets, Beverley averaged 9.3 points, 4.1 rebounds, 3.4 assists, and 37.5 percent from long-range.
