5. D.J. Augustin

D.J. Augustin has grown to become a familiar face for Rockets fans over the years. Augustin has been called upon to occupy the role of a veteran in the locker room, which has been needed for the young Rockets bunch throughout the rebuild.

The 35-year-old Augustin has been known to provide stellar long-range shooting, as he's been a career 38.1 percent shooter from deep and flashed that shooting ability during his two years with the Rockets, averaging 10.6 points on 38.6 percent from deep in 2020-21 and 40.6 percent from deep in 2021-22 in Houston.

Augustin joined the Rockets for a third stint last season and could very well choose to retire, as he's played 14 years in the NBA and made over $64 million in NBA money. But if a team finds themselves in need of a bargain shooter, Augustin could get a call.
