15. Willie Cauley-Stein

Willie Cauley-Stein never quite lived up to his draft position, as the sixth-overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft only lasted four seasons with the Sacramento Kings. Cauley-Stein has never even averaged a double-double, which is certainly what you're hoping for when using a top-ten pick on a center.

Cauley-Stein has been unable to find a permanent home in the NBA, as he spent a few years with the Dallas Mavericks, a year with the Golden State Warriors, and a year with the Philadelphia 76ers. The Rockets made the surprise move to sign him last fall, as they were looking to add depth to their rotation of big men.

WCS never actually suited up for the Rockets, as he was relegated to the Rio Grande Vipers, the Rockets' G-League affiliate, where he played just one game. After not fetching much interest in free agency, the 29-year-old Kentucky product opted to join the Lega Basket Serie A of Italy, suiting up for Pallacanestro Varese.
