2. Toronto Raptors forward O.G. Anunoby

Another encouraging example for Whitmore and Rockets fans is O.G. Anunoby. Anunoby was selected 23rd overall in the 2017 NBA Draft after tearing his ACL in January of that same year.

It goes without saying that Anunoby has now become one of the marquee 3&D players in the league. According to a Scott Rafferty article from 2015, many teams were unsure of whether or not to select OG at his earlier draft evaluation because of all the questions that come with injuries that they aren't able to supervise themselves.

If healthy, Anunoby would have likely gone in the top 10. Are there 13-15 teams who regret their decisions that day?
