A team can have more than one goal. The Rockets wanted to improve this summer. With an increase of 19 wins, they improved more than any other team in the NBA.

That's great. The Rockets also wanted to compete in the play-in tournament. They failed to accomplish that goal. As fans, we shouldn't hold that against them. How does Ime Udoka feel?
