Assessment of Rafael Stone 

"And Rafael has done a great job. Having an idea of what he wanted to do, certainly with the draft picks.

And it cost him some of the picks that they drafted here,  but to get some veterans here, some quality veterans here. The big thing was try not to impede the development of your younger players but also try to go win games. How do you go out and do that? You guys look around the league. 

There are alot of teams out there struggling to do that here. Detroit, Portland. 

We'll see where the next 50 games go but I think they've done a really good job."
