2. Devin Booker 

In some respects, it feels like the Rockets made their recent trade with the Nets with Booker in mind. They flipped some Nets picks for a larger volume of Suns picks. If the Suns blow it up, the Rockets will have unique leverage over them.

Initially, it felt like they were targeting Durant. Those rumors have recently been dismissed. That makes intuitive sense - did we mention that Durant is 35? 

Booker is still just 27. This season, he averaged 27.8 points per game on 61.1 TS%. In his inaugural season as a point guard, Booker also contributed 6.9 assists per game.
