2. Zaccharie Risacher, G/F, JL Bourg-en-Bresse

Risacher is a complicated shooter. He knocked down a scorching 56.1% of his 3.4 threes per game over 17 games in this year's Eurocup. Then, he slipped to 35.2% with the same number of attempts per game over 32 games in the LNB Pro A league.

The tape suggests that Risacher is a reliable spot-up shooter who's limited in his shooting versatility. He's not going to be coming off of screens and hitting quick off-the-dribble threes anytime soon - if ever.

In fact, Risacher doesn't flash much in terms of on-ball creation. On the other hand, at 6'8" with a plus wing span, he does have intriguing defensive tools. Risacher looks like a prototypical 3-and-D wing, and that's a perfect compliment for this Houston Rockets roster.

As of now, he's not projected to be on the board when the Rockets pick third. The Atlanta Hawks are overwhelmingly likely to pick Alex Sarr with the first pick. If the Wizards go rogue and pick someone besides Risacher with the second pick - perhaps someone with more creation potential - he'd make a great fit for the Rockets.
