4. Rob Dillingham, G, Kentucky

Dillingham didn't make the cut in our fit-based piece. It feels unlikely that the Rockets would draft another scoring guard with severe defensive limitations. Still, Dillingham has impressive potential.

He has all of the makings of a star offensive guard. Dillingham shot 44.4% from long-range for Kentucky this season. With that said, he's far from a shooting specialist, either.

Dillingham is a shifty athlete who should be able to pressure the rim at the NBA level. He looks like a three-level scorer. What's holding him back from being a top pick in this class?

Those severe defensive limitations. Dillingham isn't just short - he's thin as well. It feels certain that teams will target him on the defensive end. They may target him so actively that he's relegated to a sixth-man role.
