5. Othella Harrington

We're cheating a bit with the inclusion of Harrington. His best years came with the Vancouver Grizzlies. If anything, his most meaningful contribution to the Rockets was his inclusion in their 1999 trade for Steve Francis.

Still, Harrington flashed some potential in Space City. In his third year (1998-99) with the Rockets, he averaged 9.8 points and 6.0 rebounds in just 22.0 minutes per game for Houston.

Harrington was a throwback power forward. At 6'9" and 235 pounds, he did most of his damage on the interior. Harrington was a bruising inside scorer.

He was never a star in the NBA. With that said, nobody expects to land a star in the second round. The Rockets selected Harrington with the 30th pick in the 1996 draft. It ended up being one of the better selections they made in the modern era.
