4. Sam Cassell

Horry isn't the only contributor to Houston's back-to-back title runs in the 90s that they stole in the draft. Sam Cassell provided tremendous value as the 24th pick in the 1993 draft.

Granted, like Harrington, Cassell's best years didn't come in Houston. He was an All-NBA player during the 2003-04 season with the Timberwolves. Still, Cassell did a lot to endear himself to Houston fans.

He was the team's sixth man during those storied title runs. Cassell averaged 15.9 points, 8.25 assists and 1.9 steals per 75 posessions for the Rockets in 1994-95. Cassell was Kenny Smith's backup, but he produced like a starter when he saw the floor.

Never a flashy player, Cassell was a steady hand instead. He was a sound decision maker who coaches always trusted throughout his illustrious 15-year NBA career.

Not bad for the 24th pick.
