Rockets get national spotlight in 2023-24 schedule
The day is here. Finally.
The Houston Rockets' 2023-24 schedule release has finally arrived. Fans can not only buy merchandise, but they can also purchase tickets.
The schedule doesn't appear to be too challenging, although you ultimately never know what to expect in the offseason. The Rockets underwent a complete facelift and organizational overhaul this offseason, adding Ime Udoka as the team's head coach, while also adding Jeff Green, Fred VanVleet, Dillon Brooks, and Jock Landale in free agency, not to mention Amen Thompson and Cam Whitmore via the 2023 NBA Draft.
Change is coming and it seems as though the masses want to witness it.
The Rockets will have some national spotlight this season, as they've landed four primetime games in 2023-24. Sure, that may not seem like much, but it's an improvement over 2022-23, in which the team didn't garner any limelight.
The four games are below:
-At home vs. Tyrese Haliburton and the Indiana Pacers: December 26th-NBATV
-On the road against Cade Cunningham and the Detroit Pistons: January 12th-ESPN
-On the road vs Joel Embiid the Philadelphia 76ers: January 15th-NBA TV
-On the road against Luka Doncic and the Dallas Mavericks: April 7th-NBA TV
