2. Seth Curry

After getting traded from the Dallas Mavericks to the Charlotte Hornets, Seth Curry is likely headed towards a buyout, as the 33-year-old is likely hoping to land on a contender.

The Hornets are obviously several years away.

Curry is a career 43 percent long-range shooter and would instantly become the Rockets' best shooter on the roster. The eldest of the Curry Brothers has had a bit of a slump this season but has still fared 36.3 percent from long-range on 2.2 attempts.

1. Bismack Biyombo

Yes, Bismack Biyombo has been available for over a month now, I know. But he's such a perfect plug-and-play option for this Rockets team that I had to mention him.

And I've written about him before but I'm going to keep including him until he's no longer an option. The 31-year-old is the last of a dying breed of centers with the toughness to truly make life miserable for opposing bigs.

Rockets star Alperen Sengun has seen it firsthand.

Biyombo has a solid base and is still a really good rim protector in year 13 (1.7 blocks per 36 minutes). And he's still an elite rebounder as well, as he's averaged 9.6 rebounds per 36 minutes.

Offensively he has hands of stone and isn't much of a difference maker but the Rockets could desperately use his rebounding and shot-blocking.

It's a bit of a surprise that the team hasn't signed him already.
